Bearishness continued on Indian exchanges due to rise in COVID cases.Nifty closed at 18127 loosing 71 points (.39 pct) and Banknifty closed at 42408 loosing 209 point(.49 pct).Today's nifty and bank nifty expiry was quite volatile.Positive sentiments from global market also failed to help indian indices.Top gainers were Asian paints,Ultra tech cements,kotak mahindra bank,Infosys and Sun pharma whereas top loosers were M&M,Bajaj finserv,,Tata motors,indusind bank and Larsen.All sectoral indices closed in red today in which Nifty reality plunged the most by 1.4 pct.
